Diggity Dank Smoothie

I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I guess you could say I am a gym rat. Once the weather becomes more consistently warm, I will take my sweat sessions outside. But for now, I will remain pumping iron and running miles within four walls. I find I am always FAMISHED after a solid work out. I stand in my kitchen sweaty and confused — I don’t want to blow all the calories I just burned on some hearty meal, and a handful of nuts just doesn’t cut it. So, I decided to create my own perfect, delicious, healthy, light (but satisfying) smoothie. Here it is ya monkeys.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a Banana
  • 7-10 small/square Mango Chunks
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
  • A Handful of Kale
  • 1/2 Cup of Soy Milk (Can also use Almond/Hemp/Coconut Milk)

Method:

Blend all those nutritious and dahlicious ingredients up in a blender/food processor/nutribullet…whatever you got…pour into a glass and drink dat yumminess up. You can keep it in the fridge for up to two days. Best when served fresh!
